Cutting Edge Odor Abatement & Mold Prevention

The Omni Air Flow is a powerful air scrubbing machine designed specifically to alleviate heavy smells such as those found in cannabis green houses. With its advanced filtration system, the Omni Air Flow effectively removes odors and purifies the air, creating a fresh and odor-free environment.

MAIN CABINET SPECS

  • 304 SS construction cabinet throughout to resist corrosion.
  • Heavy duty industrial design for durability.
  • Variable speed 0.5 HP high efficiency motor for utility savings and flow control.
  • Centralized panel and wireless control.
  • Circuit breakers disconnect on each unit.
  • Dimensions (subject to some variation): 25.5” wide x 22.5” high x 120” long.
  • Available from 240V to 480V, one or three phase, with 16 to 12 FLA rating.

The Omni Air Flow

  • All odors and related molecules “odor causing” in air by literally destroying the molecules as they travel through the system.
  • Does not mask, adsorb, or otherwise camouflage the problem.
  • The odor problem is eliminated.
  • All Microbial contaminants by destroying the “cell walls” of:
  • Bacterial, Viral, Molds.
  • All Volatile Organic Compounds by destroying odor causing molecules from:
  • Industrial products used in the grow house.
  • Paint & coatings.
  • Public rooms and related air quality issues.
  • Smoke.
  • Allergens by modifying the surfaces of products such as:
    • Dust.
    • Perfumes.
    • Animal dander
    • Pollen
    • Infestations, flies, fruit flies, other insects, and related species by killing the infestation directly, but more importantly the pheromones that attract these.

Helping Industrial Farming with a new paradigm in Mold Prevention

*Mold Prevention Technologies

A photocatalytic *odor control and *mold elimination device that directs air across a photocatalytic plate. The photocatalytic plate has a titanium dioxide coating incorporating metal oxide ion dopants on the surface of the plate. The light source is configured to emit an ultraviolet light onto the photocatalytic plate.

The emitted ultraviolet light has a predetermined wavelength sufficient to trigger a photocatalytic reaction to generate hydroxyl free radicals and reactive oxygen species. This destroys any and all organic compounds in the air flow. This includes odor, mold, and any insects or other impurities that cross the photocatalytic plates.

GREY MOLD PREVENTION TECHNOLOGY

Our Mold prevention technology and subsequent R&D laboratories began in large commercial cannabis growing operations that need to mitigate the smell of cannabis outside of their greenhouses for several reasons:

Legal Compliance: In many regions where cannabis cultivation is legalized, there are regulations in place that restrict the odor generated by cannabis cultivation. These regulations aim to prevent nuisance complaints from neighboring communities and ensure that the cannabis industry operates within acceptable environmental standards.

Public Perception: Cannabis odor can be strong and distinctive, and it may be associated with the illegal cannabis trade or negative stereotypes. Commercial cannabis growers often want to project a professional and responsible image to the public, which can be compromised if strong odors are constantly wafting from their facilities.

ODOR ABATEMENT TECHNOLOGIES

Property Values: Strong and persistent cannabis odors can potentially reduce property values in the surrounding area. Homebuyers and renters might be deterred from moving to or staying in areas with significant odor issues, which could negatively impact the local real estate market.

Environmental Impact: Some volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other odor-causing chemicals released by cannabis plants can contribute to air pollution and environmental concerns. Mitigating these odors can help minimize the impact of cultivation on the local air quality and ecosystem.

Regulatory Compliance and Permitting: Obtaining permits for cannabis cultivation often requires demonstrating measures to mitigate odors. Failure to do so could result in fines, operational restrictions, or even the revocation of cultivation licenses.

Security: Strong cannabis odors can attract unwanted attention, including potential theft or criminal activities. By reducing the noticeable scent of cannabis, commercial growers can enhance the security of their operations.
